David B. Rheingold

David B. Rheingold specializes in an active trial practice primarily involving drug product and medical device liability cases. Since joining our firm in 1993, he has concentrated on the mass tort cases, most recently Levaquin, Reglan, Zicam, Kugel Mesh hernia repair device, ReNu MoisturLoc contact lens cleaner, Fosamax osteoporosis medication, Tequin antibiotic medication, Human Products litigation, Zyprexa antipsychotic medication, Zithromax antibiotic medication, Ortho Evra birth control patch, and ephedra over-the-counter dietary supplements. His direct involvement in management of specific litigations includes the ReNu MoisturLoc and Tequin litigations which are coordinated with judges in the New York County division of the New York state courts. As an active member in the American Association for Justice, he has access to litigation resources and materials throughout the United States. This local and national experience makes him a valuable lecturer to other trial attorneys on handling mass tort cases. On both a local and national level, he has obtained substantial client settlements through arbitration, mediation and direct negotiations with some of the largest national and international drug and medical device makers. Prior to joining the firm, David practiced in Virginia handling personal injury cases. He did appellate work which included a victory in the Virginia Supreme Court: Goins v.
