Tom has been in practice for 25 years and leads the firm's medical malpractice department. Tom's entire legal career has been devoted to representing victims of medical negligence. Tom is chairman of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the New York State Bar Association and also Chairs the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Bar Association for the City of New York. Tom is the current Chair of the Executive Committee of the Trial Lawyer’s Section of the New York State Bar Association and also Chairs the Trial Lawyers Section's Continuing Legal Education Committee.
