Terry has been with the firm since 1994. Before law school he was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and held the rank of Major in the Marine Reserves. Terry is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute. He was on the team of lawyers who tried the national Albuterol class action. Terry works on the firm's complex product liability cases primarily in the areas of automobile and pharmaceutical product liability. He has lectured on numerous occasions on the topic of automobile crashworthiness law at the state and national level and has been published nationally on the subject of pharmaceutical product liability.
