Helmets Recalled After Safety is Called Into Question

On January 6, Little Tricky helmets were recalled because of their failure to protect children and youth in bicycle accidents. These helmets were imported by Triple Eight Distribution and were sold at bicycle stores, sports store, retailers and online from August 2006 through November 2011. They were recalled because their safety was called in question as the helmet may not prevent a severe head or brain injury.
A properly functioning helmet is extremely important in case of a bicycle accident, or worse a bicycle failure. We currently have cases against two bicycle companies as a result of bicycle accidents caused by a failure of the bicycle. These cases are against Cervelo Cycles and Litespeed due to various manufacturing and design defects. Please contact us if you have a potential bicycle case.
