Homeland Security Targets Sean Diddy Combs in Sex Trafficking Raids

By Thomas P. Giuffra

Sean Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Florida were targets of federal raids yesterday as Homeland Security investigates allegations of sex trafficking by the music mogul. Three federal departments of Homeland Security-one from New York, another from Miami, and a third from Los Angeles coordinated the raid on the mansions.

R&B sensation Cassie was the latest to file a lurid and disturbing sex traffic lawsuit against Combs. However, Combs has been dogged by similar allegations for decades including two more women stepped forward on Thanksgiving Day with similarly disturbing claims against Combs. The second accuser alleged Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was a Syracuse University student in 1991. The woman claimed Combs filmed the incident and showed the video to others in an act described as “revenge porn.”

The disturbing allegations against Combs include physical abuse, coercion, videotaping the sexual assaults, and encouraging other men to assault the women. Combs has faced civil lawsuits concerning these allegations but now that a federal agency is involved investigating sex trafficking, it is clear the stakes are now much higher for the 54-year-old rapper and music executive.
