Ross G. Testaiuti, an associate of the firm, specializes in the litigation and trial of primarily medical malpractice cases. He also works on a wide variety of premises liability and personal injury actions.
Ross has already done meaningful and impactful work for injured plaintiffs with claims involving:

Most notably, Ross was instrumental in obtaining a $2,500,000.00 settlement by defeating defendants’ motion for summary judgment in a wrongful death action stemming from medical malpractice where a hospital and its doctors failed to timely diagnose and treat the decedent’s aortic dissection, leading to the decedent’s untimely death.
Education & Relevant Experience
Ross graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in May 2024 and was admitted to practice law in February 2025. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Administrative Judge of the Queens County Supreme Court, Criminal Term, and worked as a research assistant on premises liability issues for a professor at St. John’s University School of Law. He also founded the St. John’s University School of Law Italian American Student Association (ITALSA), served as Vice President, and was an active member of the school’s Catholic Law Student Association.
