Queens Man Dies from Uterine Cancer
After having the kidney implanted the man complained of excruciating pain and demanded that they take the kidney out. Later he was diagnosed with uterine cancer. The doctors told him there was a less than 1% chance of him contracting this type of cancer considering he's never had a uterus.
NYU Medical Center filed suit against St. Lukes Cornwall Hospital for failing to adequately screen the kidney that would later kill the man. If you or someone you know has ever been the victim of medical malpractice contact an experienced New York attorney to protect your rights.
