Our firm is now filing Stryker implant failure cases in New Jersey. Srtyker
proudly touted its Rejuvenate and ABG II hips as a great non metal-on-metal
alternative to the DePuy ASR implants, but the hip is turning out to be
another metal-on-metal disaster. Stryker uses a TMFZ Titanium femoral
stem with a cobalt/chrome neck. One end of the neck is seated into the
stem and the other is where the ball is placed. The implants were recalled
because the torqued rubbing at the neck and stem juncture create corrosion
between the two different metals. Our firm is aggressively pursuing litigation
in New Jersey state court before Judge Martinotti in Bergen County. He
manages the DePuy ASR litigation in New Jersey, where our firm has filed
over 100 cases. Stryker is co-promoted by Howmedica, a New Jersey company
which allows for New Jersey jurisdiction.
