The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has increased
the number of deaths related to Toyota Sudden Unintended Acceleration
from 52 to 89 in the period of 2000-May 2010. During the same period they
have reports of 57 non fatal injuries. The NHTSA says there have been
more than 6200 reports of sudden unintended acceleration to date.
